Der einziger Kritikpunkt betrifft die undichte Spülmaschine, die aber wohl alsbald ersetzt wird. Von bzw zur Wohnung kommt man (falls keine Fahrräder zu Verfügung stehen) praktischerweise nur per KFZ, ab Stade bietet sich der ÖPNV an. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung des "Alten Lands". "

"Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Es fehlt an nichts , die Küche bietet alles, was man an Ausstattung benötigt (vom Eierkocher bis zur Saftpresse ist alles vorhanden). Der Vermieter wohnt gleich gegenüber und war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns sogar Holz vorbeigebracht, dass wir den gemütlichen Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer anheizen konnten. Für jeden Gast war ein flauschiges Handtuchset vorhanden. Als Willkommensgruß standen frische und lokale Äpfel und eine Flasche...

"Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen von der sehr netten Vermieterin. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut - nah an Stade und Jork, auch Buxtehude ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Eine Verdunklung in den Schlafräumen wäre gut - es ist doch sehr hell, wenn im Sommer früh die Sonne aufgeht. "

"Das Haus war perfekt für zwei größere Familien. Alle Mitglieder konnten sich auf zwei Etagen verteilen und auch die Kleinste konnte sich ohne Probleme frei im Haus bewegen. Das Haus hat einen großen Hof mit einen Spielhaus und jeden Tag wurden wir von den Nachbarsschafen gegrüßt. Es eignet sich perfekt für Familien oder auch die größere Freundesgruppe.Die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin war einwandfrei und schnell. Die größeren Städte waren sehr gut mit Auto erreichbar. "Uncomfortable beds, room was vaguely clean but still lots of cobwebs. Front desk tried to get me to pay for the room again even though it had been paid for through Expedia. This happened several times despite Expedia calling the front desk - eventually it was sorted, but it took a lot of my time chasing it. To be clear, the Expedia support was very good - it was the hotel that was the problem. Breakfast is poor (for the price). I would not stay here again."
