The properly staff and ocation great, however the noise on both the Thursday and Friday was
An absolute nightmare, young drunk 20 year olds male and female, making a right racket
Till the early hours of the morning,
02.45 it finally ended,
The shower was warm and not hot.
The bed and pillows to firm for our liking,
Im afraid to say we wont be coming back

Hotel is finished to a good standard. Good facilities in the hotel in terms of dining / bar but not very much nearby (1/2 mile walk into Wigston, 1 mile into Leicester).
The only real drawback was the standard of service at check-in. The member of staff was disinterested.
That said, we would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and in good condition. The room had everything you need but the lighting made it dark and it was freezing! Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

The room was a decent size for a twin. The beds were very comfortable.
The bathroom needed attention to all the fittings i.e. shower rail was lose as was the hand basin tap & toilet roll holder.
The towels were a nice quality.
The hot breakfast was good and the cereal options & cold meats were very nice.
The staff were very helpful with ideas for an evening meal in the location.
