“Hotel was very clean and staff were pleasant. Hot breakfast a plus. Bike machine in the fitness room was broken and the bed was very firm. It was a nice stay overall.”

“Leaking air conditioner. Wet floor under it, mold smell. Shower was hot and clean. Carpet is VERY dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bummer. No eggs, bacon ect. I don’t think I would stay again.”

“Choose this place to stay so I could set up office while my kids spent time with their old nanny. Space worked perfectly for my needs although dust and dander were concerning. Host was extremely responsive, offered an early check in without requesting. The place was very spacious and charming for those who enjoy old farmhouse style.”

“An outstanding place and excellent host. The prairie setting is absolutely sublime, and the house was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed, including fresh cookies! We wish we would have stayed longer. Kevin was very responsive to our messages and even gave us a tour of his incredible prairie and grounds. You won’t find another place like this: it’s a complete original. Looking for an excuse to come back again for a longer stay.”
