Discrimination against a dog

I booked this hotel, and could not write that I have a Therapy dog. I also was bringing my 84 year old aunt in my room, and booked saying there were 2 adults staying in the room, and I will willing to pay the price. We arrived at exactly 12 p.m. and the man-I will not call him a gentleman-was happy to take my money. While he was ringing me up, I was honest with him and told him I have a therapy dog. He stopped and told me that dogs cost $20.00 to stay in the room, and I informed him again that my dog is a therapy dog. He then told me "NO DOGS." They have had too many problems with dogs, and quickly refunded my money. This is outright discrimination, and I will be contacting the Virginia States Attorney office.
My recommendation to all...I forgive this man, but who knows what other people he has maddened. He didn't even consider that I had my 84 year old aunt in the car, and there was no room for honest people at the Inn. Is he running an inn or a brothel? I rated the room poorly because I did not see it, but the town is lovely.
