“Our family travelled around Ireland and London for 2 weeks and stayed at 9 different hotels and this was the best hotel we stayed at even though it was the least expensive. The newly remodeled rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff was very friendly and it was within walking distance of the Bunratty castle and other restaurants. The most pleasant surprise though was the spa with a beautiful pool and saunas along with a great workout facility. If you are planning to stay anywhere near this……

“Clean, comfy, quiet room. I asked the man on reception if it was ok for my 16 year old son to come into the bar with me to watch the live band- he was very stern and said he would turn a blind eye and my son would not be allowed alcohol and that they would be ‘watching’!! I wouldn’t allow my son to drink alcohol, I just wanted him to be able to watch the live band (who were very entertaining!) so I was surprised to see the bar had lots of children running around after 9pm! I felt the man was……

“The hotel itself is very good. However, the dining room service is terrible. This is the second time that we'e stayed at Kinnitty, and both times it took more than 45 minutes to get our meals. This is unacceptable--no meal should take more than 20 minutes to prepare. The first time we were there, three years ago, we were the first or second to place our order. This time there were many more people in the dining area, but they had all been served already. In neither case should it have taken more……

“Fabulous 2 night stay… staff were wonderful. Played golf and fabulous course( too tricky for us)😄. Everything about the Dromoland was first rate! Would highly recommend!”
