"We had a maintenance problem with our room, and we arrived too late in the evening to deal with it. When I brought it to the attention of the manager the next day it was addressed promptly. I appreciate their response. Overall the property is older and in need of some upkeep and deep cleaning."

"The hotel staff was most accommodating for my needs since I'm a very light sleeper. I'm a "problem child" in that I need a very quiet room, and the reception desk was able to accommodate that for us very well. You just have to make that known when you make reservations and then when you check in, and I found they will do their best to make sure that happens. The room and bathroom were immaculate, and it was nice to have plenty of pillows for our double-queen room. The bed was very comfortable and had nice cushioning for a person with hip problems. It was interesting that there was no microwave, but there was a decent breakfast in the morning, so I suppose those aren't really necessary anymore? We did have a tiny coffee maker and a little refridge, so that was all I needed. My only drawback was the room smelled a little bit like wet doggie when we checked in. We turned on the air-co and went to our evening plans, and when we came back the room was much better. Thank you for an overall wonderful stay for my family of 3 couples with 3 rooms for our parents'/grandparents' memorial service in Chillicothe. God bless your efforts and keep up the good work!"

"Quick check in at front desk. The young man was pleasant, courteous, and gracious. He and his staff had just finished cleaning the property's AC units (pressure washing, new filters and such). our room ac unit was working great (A big plus in Wichita Falls TX). Room was pleasantly quiet despite being right on the highway frontage road. Self parking was OK and hotel seemed to have an abundance of video camera for safety concerns. Area around Spark was clean and well maintained."

"The bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower was outfitted with large shampoo and conditioner, soap, big towels, there were two rolls of toilet paper mounted, with one extra on the shelf, there was a blow dryer. And an ironing board"
