Property appears to have been nice once, but needs a LOT of maintenance work now. Marks on walls, chipped paint, worn carpets, loose panels in the elevator, pool shut down. The Expedia rating is much too high, it’s pretty much a one star hotel right now.

We had no phone in the room, and no hot water when we arrived. I asked the staff for another room, and I guess they figured out it was multiple rooms and then proceeded to call in help. However they never had any real communications with us for update, we just stood around in limbo. Finally went to sleep, without a shower, had water in the a.m., but it would have been a courtesy to keep your tenants updated.
