The staff who checked us in were very hospitable- but the key card machine wasn’t working so we didn’t have a key. They had walk us to our room. The breakfast was not good and the morning staff, especially working the breakfast, were rude. The suite was very roomy.

No coffee maker in room. Only had decaf coffee in lobby. Staff said was they were expecting a delivery truck but why not have extra or pick up some coffee grounds from a local store. Slept hot ac thermostat was set to 65 but was more like 75.
