“Loved the price, cleanliness, and comfort for the small room for a one night stay to enjoy Galway. Being a step away from Quay street but hearing none of it until leaving the building made the trip a delight to wander and explore.”

“We only stayed here for one night and due to circumstances beyond our control, we did not arrive there until 10.30pm. This was a shame as the hotel was really lovely. Front desk staff were welcoming, the room was splendid, large, clean and a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Even had 2 chairs to sit on, when so many hotels only supply one. We would have liked to have stayed longer with them but had to move on. If we are ever in the area again, we will certainly spend time there.”

“My room was tiny, with poor ventilation, and there was no air conditioning. Despite extreme heat, the staff was unsympathetic and disinterested. Very poor customer service, overpriced, and not as advertised.”

“The room surfaces were clean but the air quality was poor: air circulation was poor, and there was a strong mouldy smell that originated from the bathroom. The hotel felt safe and the beds were fine, and the location is great. Overall, it feels like good value for staying right on The Diamond, but Donegal is small enough that perhaps staying slightly away from the centre would be fine too.”
