The hotel property was ok. We had booked our stay because it offered airport shuttle transportation. Much to our dismay, when we checked in at 4pm every time slot was full, and they would not accommodate us. We had to pay $25 for an Uber ride. Also there was confusion about feathers and down in the rooms, I had called in advance and was told that only hypoallergenic pillows and comforters were used.
Not true. Based on this stay, we will be avoiding Hyatt properties in the future.

The inside of the room was extremely basic, however clean. It definitely needed some modern touches. There were no elevators and dark stairwells. It would not be a place a lady would feel safe alone. The bed constantly squeaked anytime you moved. It was convenient to walk to the boardwalk. The front office staff were very nice. A paint job would help make the experience nicer. Even though we stayed the night we highly considered finding an alternative.
