What I didn't like were the following two things: 1) our family members got separated seating; 2) no power outlet on the seat in the airplane.
In flight entertainment did not work.
Don’t like random seating! Rather choose where I wanna sit & next to hubby...not separated!
Luggage came out on wrong conveyor belt, no one let us know.
They always give their costumers great service at the counters or in the planes. And their flights are on time most of the time.
TVs on the backs of the seat would be better than having to use your phone.
We were not seated together. We did not appreciate that at all.
Flight was late, seats were cramped
It was a nice and relaxing flight. I always fly Delta.
