Apr 18, 2018

Plane was two hours late and we switched gates but our luggage still showed up. It was frustrating that we couldn’t check in online with an infant in our lap because we didn’t get seats together

Apr 18, 2018

The Gate Agent could have put some effort to seat us together. An American Airlines gate agent on our flight to Chicago easily accomplished this for us by requesting 2 passengers to move.
