The room and was fine the problem I had was the web site says there is a restaurant on site. That was the main reason for booking, when I checked in they said the restaurant had been closed for quite some time and they hadn’t bothered to update their website

I loved how quiet it was. The staff were lovely. The room was well stocked with space for storing and hanging ski gear.
I appreciated the use of a “ community kitchen” area. I tend to be a fussy eater and this was the perfect solution for me. Also, the fridge in the room is larger than a normal hotel fridge.
The sauna and hot tub were fantastic after a big day of snowboarding.

Great staff. Always made us feel welcome. The outdoor hot tub was great after a day of skiiing. They had the Holiday Bear Hunt on when we went and the children had great fun searching for them.

The hotel itself is nice and comfortable. However, the proximity to the railroad tracks made it difficult to sleep. Heard trains and the clanging of the rail crossing throughout the night. A room facing the river is probably much quieter, I can't recommend the city view side of the hotel.
