We found the staff to be friendly and accomodating. The room and property however were a great dissapointnent. It was un clean, with base boards filthy along wall, furniture and walls cracking, chipping, leg on small table fell off if we tried to move it.The shower had signs of pink mold along the caulking which was badly cracked. The hot tub which was large, had cracks on the tile switch. The air conditioner was extremely loud , but we needed it on at night due to heat. The fridge was a great size and we took full advantage, but the freezer compartment had inches thick ice build up so could barely fit one ice pack in. Appreciated the small microwave.
The breakfast was un appetizing, and only accessed the coffee in mornings.
The room rate for this king bed suite was over 250/ night - way too high. We would not recommend this property.
