Scott’s Inn and Suites is truly a hidden gem! Although the property is a little older, it appears to have been renovated and is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The three-bedroom suite was perfect for a trip with my mom and aunt, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The real standout, though, was the staff! They were absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made us feel at home. Exceptional customer service can make all the difference, and the staff here really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, spacious place to stay with a welcoming atmosphere, I would highly recommend Scott’s Inn and Suites. Don’t let the older exterior fool you — this place has a lot to offer, and the wonderful staff make it even better. We would happily stay here again!

We come to visit Kamloops often and have stayed at a few other hotels, but this was our first stay at the Sandman Signature and we loved it. The convenience of the restaurants within the hotel and proximity to the Park and other attractions are a huge plus. We will definitely stay here again.
