It was a horrible experience for our family. The check-in staff and staff in restaurant were nice and polite, apart from this, this hotel just did not fulfill the expectation on Sheraton brand. First, we arrived at the hotel at after 5pm, but the rooms were still not ready to check-in; the staff offered free breakfast for compensation. Next, when we came back to the hotel at night time and prepare to take a bath, there was no hot water supply in the entire hotel, we called the service hotline for help, the staff just replied there was a technical issue, and nothing they can do. We were a family with >80 elderly and a 8 years old kid, since it was quite late already, we cannot find another hotel at that time, the staff just did not provide any help or solution to the issue, we can only took a quick shower. We chose Sheraton hotel since it is a well-known hotel brand, it was ridiculous that this kind of issue happened and there was no solution for the guest. Really feel disappointed with Marriott hotel brand, will not choose any of the brand under Marriott from now on.

Beautifully appointed hotel in a marvelous setting. Friendly, helpful staff from the minute we entered until we reluctantly had to leave. Room was quaint, tidy and very clean. Restaurant was great, including the sunroom-like sitting area next to a roaring waterfall. Short walk to funky Wakefield downtown shops and restaurants. Our visit too short to utilize the on-site spa. Outdoor fire pits were great on a cool, crisp fall evening. Highly recommended.

We booked gold experience room, but we got a room without batub. I did not know what kind of special experience we would have, also not known that we can check in on 4th floor, so it make us waiting in the lobby! First wrong impression is Valet parking, very inefficiency! Main extrence is very crowded especially during the time around checking in / out. Need vehicle required QR code is good idea, but it show 45 mins. is making us nurvus when we plan to leave. Although I am not satisfy with issues, but the location is great, the castle is beautiful.
