“Direct and to the point. My wife and I travel quite a bit and generally stay in VRBO‘s this place is the nicest that we have ever stayed in. It’s very modern and the attention to detail amazes me. This is the second time we’ve stayed there and I’m taking pictures and notes as it’s going to help me build the cottage we want to build for ourselves. Highly recommend this location. Sidenote, it has one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on!”

“After a really stressful couple of weeks this property was just what we needed to reset our minds and bodies.The fact that we were able to bring our dog with us was a definite bonus. We spent most of our time relaxing on the porch with Zoey laying in the fenced in yard. Other times we sat by the creek and watched the geese and goslings swimming down stream. “We had a wonderful stay in Big Cove Tannery! The accommodation's were exceptional. Everything we needed was there. We loved the creek, the fire pit, playing cornhole, hot tub, and more. We kayaked, rode bikes, and went to wineries on the days the heatwave hit. We loved it here and hope to return. ”

“This was the perfect romantic birthday weekend cabin! We originally planned to camp at Cowans Gap State Park but changed our minds when we found out there was a fire ban state wide. We were depending on a fire for cooking and heat, so without that our tent camping didn’t seem ideal. Last minute we searched Vrbo and found the perfect cozy cabin located just outside the park. It was the perfect home base as we needed a restful place to stay after long day hikes in the surrounding area. The kitchen……
