“This is my second stay at the property and it is hands-down one of the nicest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The cleaning is impeccable and consistent. My dogs like the big yard, and the neighborhood is safe. I stayed on Halloween and it was really fun to see all the little kids and families that participated in the area, it’s very much a very family oriented neighborhood without being noisy. I had the pleasure of meeting the property host. It’s the only place I will ever stay when I am in the……

“very nice, easy to get to, large back yard for pups, highly recommend, one of the nicest rentals I have stayed at thus far. The mgmt contact is on point, very professional, courteous and attentive. There was no coffee creamer and she made sure it was dropped off that very night, with extra coffee, kudos to her!!!!!. If you are in Laughlin or Bullhead City, this place is awesome!!”

“Place could have been cleaner. Found lots of things in the cushions and beds of the sofa couches. It also made it seem like it was tight on the river which it was not. You have to walk down a very steep incline to even get to the river. The pictures weren’t actual of the location in my opinion. We thought we would be able to walk out and be right on the river. It was a walk to safely get to the river. Propane take for the outside grill wasn’t full. We literally were in the middle of cooking……

“The house was perfect for 4 of us girls on a girl’s trip. The house was cute, clean and very comfortable. We loved everything about it. The coffee bar was an added plus for sure. ”

“The Family and I were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The add on room was a little confusing at first when I first got there, but my oldest son and his kids were happy with it and the additional small air conditioning unit was helpful. The Master bedroom had some paint issues but it didn’t affect our stay. I would definitely reach out again to stay for our next Family trip to Laughlin/ River. ”
