“Lovely hotel and grounds. Spotlessly clean, warm and inviting modern double bedroom. Very dog friendly hotel- great! Lovely setting. Polite reception staff. Didn't get to see inside the hall itself, as another event on as New Years Eve. Bar in the main hotel a little quiet at midnight, but that wasn't the hotels fault, just the guests if they had gone to bed!- as there was a DJ. Drinks at a price to be expected in a hotel. Didn't eat as room only for one night, so can't comnent on food. Same……

“Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.”

“Excellent value for money. Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox. Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back. This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains). Bed was really comfy and fresh. Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops. Only downside……

“A nice stay with my family in this 2-bedroom apartment suite. The rooms were clean and warm when we checked in. The location was a stone away from the Chinatown . 10-15 min walk to the Xmas market and all the other main shopping area. Front desk staff were helpful .but limited reception operating time. “Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked.
