The Good: The bed was very comfy. Loved the soft sheets as well. The room was VERY clean. I would have given it five stars except for The Bad: The check in staff was non existent. I first thought he/she had stepped away to assist someone. I waited and waited. The phone was ringing and ringing. Two check in papers were on the counter listing people's name, room number, car make/model, license plate number, etc. That is an issue for me. A young woman finally came out the back office followed shortly by a young man I was told that was "not on the clock". We were finally checked in. I watched to make sure our information was secured. We stepped in our room, and it was not the room pictured on either the 3rd party booking site or the actual hotel website. I paid extra for a larger room with two windows as it was a special occasion, and I received a pretty standard king room. The young woman at the desk told my husband when he went back down that she did not know why the hotel had pictures of rooms they don't have. The bathroom was not as pictured either. It was clean but lacked the updating in the pictures. Lastly, our TV was stuck on wrestling. You could not change the channel. The hotel staff could not get it to work either. We were offered another boom, but by then, it was 9:30, and we get up early. The breakfast was a nice surprise however. It was bacon, egg, and cheese croissants which were really soft and good.
