Staff was great! Very helpful and very friendly. The room was small but nice and perfect for 2 for a short stay. The hotel does have a horrible smell mainly near the parking garage / elevators nearby. The smell unfortunately lingers up to the hallways, the room thankfully didn’t smell bad. Overall the hotel was great!

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The room had thick dirt on the windowsills and a green substance that may have been silly string ground into the carpet. The water at the pool had a weird film and the daybed rentals were very stained and dirty. With the high winds at the pool area the bars for the daybed curtains would not stay ...
