Booked for my mom, room was paid for and the staff wouldn’t let her check in and they were very rude on top of it. I mean even if they have policies, they didn’t have to be so rude to my mom her partner and my nephews.

Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Winnipeg until 3AM a quick call to the front desk and a very nice friendly driver showed up in 10 minutes in a warm shuttle.
