The rooms were clean but were starting to show signs of age. The bed would squeak and the mattress would sink in the middle. There was a fly in the room, which took forever to get it out. I thought the decor was nice. The concept is of Airbnb rooms but within a hotel. There’s no onsite front desk but there’s daily maintenance it seems. The living room lodge is cozy, the free cocoa/coffee was great, and the game room/pool was nice. Overall, it was a great value and would gladly return.

Room and bathroom were great; bed / pillows so comfortable; love the robes. Breakfast had just the right amount of variety / selections.
Elevator was not working but we were ok with stairs. It had been not working in our December visit either.

Room was spotless and very nice but shade was broken and wouldn't close so the room was hard to sleep in with the city lights. They offer d to fix it but didn't want someone coming to the room before bed.
Amazing location for a show at chubb and wandering the city.
Breakfast was pretty terrible- cold eggs, and basically continental. Was hoping for more from a hotel like this.

While the staff were nice, the room has mold on the curtains but they claimed it was from water from the AC. There were no night stands to put belongings and the hot water did not work in the shower.
