“Great hotel, staff at check in and check out were excellent, my only complaint was we booked this hotel specifically for the bar, because the Tru next door didn’t have a bar. However the bar was closed Saturday night because they didn’t have a bartender! The restaurant next door had a bar but it closed at 10pm.”

“The room was comfortable though a little professional attention to little details could help make the bathroom fresher. The entire room was clean, the bed was comfortable and nice decor. Surprised with the waffle for breakfast when all that was promised was a continental breakfast.”

“The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. The staff that I met was superb! Even the housekeeper made an effort to understand what I wanted and very kind about it. I received two tasks to make sure I knew to contact them if needed. That indeed was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices and healthy foods. My……

“The tour buses clogged yp the front entrance and then half the elevators were out of service.the lines for the kickback were long.came back a week later and the same things happened Fix the elevators. The staff had to usethe same one also. Dont think we wil come back. Buton thetripbacktne entrancewas closedso we had topark and unload far away. Not goid experiences.”

“Breakfast was fair for a cheap hotel. Those are the worst beds I have ever slept on. The AC didnt keep my room cool and it was LOUD. It might have only been my room but it rattled all night and would every so often get louder for a few minutes. And the chair wasnt cleaned from previous users.”
