“Clean and friendly”

“The room was clean and comfortable and climate control worked well. The pet fee was reasonable, BUT there needs to be more parking lot lighting to make it safe to walk dogs, and there needs to be a trash container for bagged pet waste. The lack of lighting was a BIG problem. Only one working outdoor light on the far end of the building.”

“Didn’t have breakfast. It’s a trucker stop. Supposedly non smokers room. We couldn’t sleep from cigarette smell. Manager told us they are fully refunded charge back to Expedia.”

“Room was clean, but had a very musty smell to it as did the entire hotel. We came in one night after a very long day and there was an entire beverage spilled on the elevator floor. No efforts were made to clean it except a “wet floor” sign. The next morning we get packed up for another long day only to find the elevator was STILL wet and sticky. ”

“The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. The staff that I met was superb! Even the housekeeper made an effort to understand what I wanted and very kind about it. I received two tasks to make sure I knew to contact them if needed. That indeed was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices and healthy foods. My……

“I would've thought that you would at least get a coffee pot in your room, but NO! It didn't offer any amenities at all. The pillows are lumpy and the bed is hard.”

“Would recommend earlier breakfast when there are a ton of travel tournaments for all sports going on. A lot had to be out by 7am resulting in no breakfast. There was baseball, basketball and volleyball travel tournaments at all gyms in town. Open breakfast at 6am on them weekends. ”
