The room was very clean and spacious. We were very comfortable. Breakfast was a lot of variety, and tasted good. We found out you are a pet friendly motel, so on our next trip, we can bring our dog! I had it in my head it looked like a roach. I was on high alert after that but I didn't see any more so that was good. The next morning after breakfast I was going to take a shower before I left and there was no way to make the water come out of the shower head???? I tried everything and never saw spigot like that. So no shower because I wasn't about to take a bath. I did like the small fridge and microwave. They served breakfast from 6-10 but we didn't try it. The owner did provided us with a list of places to eat in town. THERE WAS NO SHOWER CONTROL!! Also, there was no way to take a bath because the drain did not have a stopper. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are good. There was an easy chair and an office chair and a fridge and microwave. The staff was polite and helped us with an extra blanket and pillow. Beautiful view out our window of the surrounding countryside.
