The room was not clean, you can see stains everywhere.
Bathroom has a bathtub, but no standing shower - so, when you shower, the entire toilet gets wet.
Location is good, facing the sea.
Staff service is very limited.

"The room was huge, beds were comfortable, except the pillows were very high and firm (wokeup with a very stiff neck). The walls were very thin and we heard everything around us until 9:30pm (kids bedtime? kids were running above and next to us) and 6:30am (people moving furniture above us?) VERY LOUD. But great view and fine for the price!"
"The room was very nice and the view of the ocean fantastic. The towels were small definitely not bath towels but adequate. I don't speak korean so I needed the owner to show me how the remote woked for the A/C, after that all was well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"저는 580호에서 2박 머물렀습니다. 엘리베이터 근처라 지나가는 숙박객들의 소리가 조금 들리는 점을 제외하면 모든 부분이 다 좋았습니다. (에어컨 냉방 시설 상태 최고!)
저는 뚜벅이지만 주차장이 넓고 편리해 보였습니다. 중국인 관광객이 많아 매너가 조금 아쉽긴 했지만, 호텔 프론트 직원분들과 청소 아주머니 등 모든 직원분들께 감사 인사를 전하고 싶습니다.
저는 혼자 여행 와서 메종 글래드에 체크인한 후 제주시내에서 고장 난 아이폰을 교체했는데, 메종 글래드 직원분이 휴대폰 대리점 위치를 친절하게 설명해 주셔서 무사히 교체할 수 있었습니다. 또, 올레 18코스 둘레길을 걷고 동문시장도 방문해 떡오튀도 먹을 수 있었습니다.

"All the staff members were kind and helpful but the facility is old and run down. There was dust everywhere in our room and bathroom looked as if the showers had mold. I think this is due to the fact the facility is old.
You're only given 1 key per room that key powers the room. So if you take the key out. All electricity turns off.
They charge 10,000 won per hour for a late checkout after 11am.
They provide 2 bottles of water each day but they don't provide full size towels in the bathroom.

"Nice property with great ocean view. Recommend a rental car or engaging a driver to go around the island. Room was very clean and spacious. Two full size beds. Wife and I just used one. Trust Mr. Lee’s recommendation on a driver to engage. We hired the one he recommended for three days. Went all through the island and ate at great local places. Never needed to look at my tour book as our driver (Mr. Kim) sized my wife and me up perfectly and picked places to visit and things to do that were spot on. Quiet location. Bigger, fancier hotel next door but this one was perfectly fine. Easy recommend."
