Everything is it good, just expensive. The breakfast (buffet) not to many options to eat. The fruit area was almost empty, as well the hot food. The kitchen don’t make omelettes or options to make eggs. The sweets are so yum. It’s not enough staff in the restaurant most of the tables are untidy.

Great hotel, friendly staff, would recommend.

Awesome Customer service. Great location. Easy walk to everywhere. Close to train and ferry. Close to shopping. Awesome hotel, loverly staff and keen to help. Large rooms. Very clean.

Great view. Closeness to Darling Harbour and able to walk/bus anywhere easily. Kitchen was handy and had everything. Spacious unit Bed was very hard. Bedside lights button was too high and you had to get out of bed to turn them off/on Hard to open curtains behind sofa as you had to lean/climb on to it as it was a corner curved window. No face towels and hard to get into shower if you were a large person

The hotel is in an ideal location and is very clean. The best part is the staff is very friendly and will meet any request if at all possible
