Room was clean...couldn't get warm..it was cold even with heat at 80...shower would go from hot to cold while taking a shower. They said they would sent an engineer to look at the problem, but that didn't happen. This was our staycation for 21 anniversary so we went home daily to enjoy Boston's sites and have dinner.. Breakfast was great...

Super spacious room, everything you would need to be comfortable including robes, full size lotions, soaps, body wash, etc. Friendly staff, huge gym, restaurants on site and room service until 11:00 pm. If you’re visiting Harvard, the location can’t be beat, because it’s close to everything.

Outstanding. Definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I've been all over the world. The hotel room was perfect but what shined was the impeccable service. The Boston Harbor Hotel had an amazing staff who were personable, always available and willing to assist in any way. Truly a gem.

I did contact the hotel and asked if a kettle could be made available but they said no, but to ask the on-site restaurant who would provide mugs and hot water. A partial solution perhaps bit not ...

They were very family friendly. The pool was great. This is our fourth third or fourth time staying there and my girls absolutely love it… They always make an effort to do an upgrade if they can or make your visit special we absolutely love staying there.
