Room was not easy to get to and it was 0 degrees out …1st they put me out in a building where the property was a sheet of ice so I asked to be moved to the main building since I was by myself. Fortunately, they moved me, but the room was confusing to get to. :-( The pool was closed for maintenance, and I was planning to swim. :-( The room was great, clean and a comfortable bed, so I would stay again, but I would request staying closer to the lobby next time.

Everything was great, however the pool itself was not heated, it was cold and no one really stayed in it for that reason. Thankfully there was a hot tub.

The room we stayed in was very very dark, very little natural light and lighting in the room was not fully functional. Room was also right on top and I mean right on top of the elevator, so pretty steady stream of noise into our room from there.

Room was so small I could have gone to the bathroom and washed my hair at the same time. You could barely walk in the room as the bed was so close to the wall. The sheets were like sandpaper. Staff was inattentive to guests checking in.
