Schimmel und Haare in der Dusche, Spinnweben und deren Mitbewohner in jedem Eck, dreckige und mit Haaren verunreinigte Bettlaken, modrig riechender Bettbezug. Bei Ankunft waren alle Fenster gekippt. "It was quite far away from Groningen train station (around 25 mins walk), but the bus service was convenient. The room was clean. However, the toilet lid was broken and couldn't be fixed despite the front desk was informed. As compensation, I was offered complimentary breakfast which offered a wide variety of food and drink options."
