The room is clean and thanks to the supervisor Amy Lim and their room stewards. The amenities are good and cover all needs though the shampoo, conditioner, bath lotion are not inside the shower chamber. Not much storage especially there are no drawers under the closet, just shelves. There are no air conditioner at the elevator waiting lobby of every floor. It’s a big contrast between your room and the lobby. The summer of Hong Kong is very hot. You come of your room which is set to 23-25 C and step out to over 30 C in the elevator waiting lobby is no fun. The location of the hotel is very convenient but the surrounding area are not interesting because it is so close to market.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean property. Only wish the window could be slightly opened to let in fresh air.

Room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. For an Executive Room, there is a kettle, two small cups and a microwave, but there was no crockery or cutlery. Fine for an short overnight stay maybe, but needs a little more for a week stay like ours.

Good location, close to the Metro, and hotel staff is very friendly.
