Across the street from the pier to Waiheke Island, walking distance to Viaduct Harbour, and Wyndham Quarter, not to mention direct in-building access to Commercial Bay shopping mall, and the numerous eateries within the mall - I'm not sure what more you can ask for in terms of location! The property is modern, stylish renovations (bathroom tiles to mini-bar closet). The only area for improvement- more closet space. Great breakfast menu dishes at the hotel restaurant too.

The room we had was very dated, the carpet needs a good clean or wash, the toilet has a layer of light brown on the bottom, the noises from the road outside kept us awake late night and early ..."
