"We booked this for my son’s UConn graduation.My family of 4 stayed and it was perfect!! The Bungalow is clean and meticulously decorated! We felt so at home and it had everything we needed. All the nice touches like water and complimentary bag were very generous. I would definitely recommend to all!"

"A sweet home with amazing views and access to the lake. The hosts thought of all the things we would need and had a well stocked home. There were plenty of towels, dishes, and games to use. There were spaces to relax and enjoy both inside and out. The yard felt very private even though other people were next door. We had eight people in our group and though I wouldn’t describe the house as large, it did not feel small for our group. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!"

"Graduation at UConn in early May 2024. Kim’s house was clean and spacious with incomparable views of the lake. There were many areas in the house for you to have your own private space and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were multiple ways to access the wonderful deck and sunroom. Most of my guests were over the age of 70 and the shallow carpeted indoor stairs leading to the bedrooms presented a challenge for only one of my guests. Note that the upstairs bathroom is inside...

"I only gave a four for cleaness because we were the first ones to use the place and there were a few places where there was a little dust from the construction. The location is nice, it was close to what we were doing but out of the way so that it was quiet. Owner was very nice, check-in and out was easy and no contact."

"The house was better than we expected. We had a 16month old and there was a brand new pack and play for us to use. The house was clean, organized and ready for our family. We had 9 adults and 1 toddler and there was plenty of room to accommodate us all. The owners were VERY responsive to all our inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property!"

"Picked this location because it was on the route from West Point to Gillette stadium. It was an hour closer for our son (and friends) to get here than if we had stayed in Boston and it put him that closer for drive home on Sunday. The house was great and well decorated for Christmas. My wife’s comment was that she felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. The host was very responsive (not that we needed anything). And Army beat Navy! Great weekend."

The property was comfortable and inviting with lots of space for all family members to gather together but also privacy when needed. "The place was perfect for what we were wanting. Our family went to visit my kid in college nearby. The location where we were staying was close to campus, and the accommodations were much better than staying in multiple hotel rooms. Plenty of room for everyone.
