"The breakfast offered many options. The coffee was fresh 24/7. The bed was clean and comfortable. Lots of extra bedding for sofa bed. All furniture in the suite was clean and comfy."
"The house was located in nice location that was close to our fishing charters. It felt secluded and very peaceful. The house was very clean and had all the things you would need. I really appreciated the house being dog friendly with the fenced yard. The host was very nice, accessible, and quick to respond. I would stay here again!"
"older home needs a little updating with decor and maintenance. We could not sit in living room all together and watch a movie comfortably because couch was small and no other furniture. Outdoor table is small and a little dangerous. beds were comfortable but could use headboards to make it look homey. Front steps could be power washed We have stayed in a lot of Rentals and this one is ok but with a little Pinterest it could be much better. "

"Nice place to stay. We were looking for a place close to Tallahassee for parents weekend. This was a little further than what we wanted, but not that far. It turned out ok because we ended up taking a drive to the Saint Mark's lighthouse, as well. I can say, if you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this is it."

"We did not stay at this property as we never got the check in code from the owner until almost 3 hours after the owner said we could check into the property. The RV is 5-6 feet from the corner of the owners house/back windows. The yard is very unappealing and we did not feel safe."
"The property was perfect for our needs. The instructions were very clear and helpful. The rental was spotless when we arrived. The neighbors were very friendly.
The upstairs bed squeaked each time you moved and it was loud enough to wake you up. The frame definitely needs some tightening up. The upstairs bathroom could use some corner shelves to place products on or something to hang clothes from.
We extended our stay by one more night because we were enjoying our time in Tallahassee. The local state parks are a great way to spend a day exploring!
Overall, we would definitely stay here again if available and we will look for properties owned by Evolve!"
