Key card didn't work and then when we got one that did work the room door only opened about 1/3 because it hit the bed. The room was stifling hot and the window wouldn't open it was painted shut. There was a fan but it just moved hot air, it was 10 times cooler in the hall. It was so hot I slept with a wet towel and we left at 6:30 am to experience the joy of fresh cool air.

Booked to play golf at Carnoustie for one night. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed for what I needed. Bed was comfy and I slept pretty well. Would definitely use them again.
