“Good hotel with good staff and well maintained. It's far from Xian points of interests. Big problem is that no one speaks english AT ALL. Not even few words. It's really hard for a basic communication and it' COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a.high level hotel like a Crowne Plaza”

“I want to commend your reception staff (Eiffel and Dex) for their willingness to help us when we needed it most. We had misplaced our phone on our way to the hotel in the bullet train. Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours. “Very nice, comfortable and clean rooms. Service was excellent from the reception to restaurant but i would like to address especially the kindness of the concierge who was absolutely amazing and helped at any moment of our trip. He is the reason i am writing this review since he has done his work brilliantly and exceeded our expectations in all senses.”
