"The staff made a mistake with our booking when we arrived. But quickly resolved the issue. The rooms are very clean, very spacious and updated! sound insulation is done well, couldn’t hear anything outside. Breakfast buffet was available every morning with plenty of options, but wasn’t satisfying to my taste buds. Laundry machines enough, no waiting needed. Zhangjiajie is small. This hotel wasn’t in the popular area, so there wasn’t much, food was local food, alley ways, etc. the best part was the cable car to tianmen mountain is literally across the street!"

"Great small boutique hotel. David and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and with state of the art technology. They picked us up from the train station and they also take you to the (east) entrance to the national forest which is only 3 minutes away. They will also arrange all of the tickets. "

"I was there very little time, but it was very lovely. The people that run it were very nice. The room was a good size and comfortable. I booked it because it was close to the train station, but it was the wrong one. Still nice though"

Surrounded by breathtaking views, the location was both peaceful and picturesque. Linda, our main contact before arrival, was incredibly helpful in ensuring we reached the resort safely. During our stay, Winnie, the resort staff and English translator, was always available and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience."
