“Booked a superior room but got an “upgrade” This is not a hotel. In the lobby you’d find signs for a number of companies that run these rooms. The room I got looked nothing like the photos. The front desk cited an electrical issue and gave us an upgrade- with three plain beds, a dripping A/C unit and shower with a toilet in it. When I insisted, they said they could move us to the room the room the next day at noon because someone was in it. So it wasn’t an electrical issue. We checked out……

“I wouldn’t describe the bed as a bed but more like a table. The hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. We double layered a blanket so sleep on and slept without a blanket on because of how hard the bed was. Upon checkout, I received a text asking if we saw a large jacket in the room, this seemed like an odd message to receive which just add on to the confusion of the staff and how unorganized they are. ”

“The apartment is great it has a good location really near to many businesses centers. Only the cleaning is really bad, there was a lot of trash under the furnitures and floor, if they do something to get this issue better it will become in my best place for stance.”
