"The staff made a mistake with our booking when we arrived. But quickly resolved the issue. The rooms are very clean, very spacious and updated! sound insulation is done well, couldn’t hear anything outside. Breakfast buffet was available every morning with plenty of options, but wasn’t satisfying to my taste buds. Laundry machines enough, no waiting needed. Zhangjiajie is small. This hotel wasn’t in the popular area, so there wasn’t much, food was local food, alley ways, etc. the best part was the cable car to tianmen mountain is literally across the street!"

"Really great stay. Large spacious rooms with amazing views of Tianmen Mountain. Owner is super sweet and accommodating. Restaurant at the guesthouse is some of the best food we’ve had on the trip for an excellent value - close to downtown and the airport. Note that on DiDi / AMaps it only comes up as Zhangjiajie Bantian Homestay."

"We really enjoyed our stay, our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, couldn’t fault them. Only downside was that Expedia advertised this property as having a bar and restaurant which it does not have onsite. But would still recommend!"
