“The room was nice. Pros: Quiet HVAC, Bathroom & shower well lit and efficient, nice tv, lots of counter space. Cons: Hated the heavy sliding door (noisy and easy to mash fingers), VERY unhappy there were no bedside tables/reading lamps in the corners, one of the mattresses was badly worn in and not flat (not very comfortable), unhappy that no tv streaming services available included in the price of my room, unhappy that no senior or AAA discount was made available to me, the prices of the snacks……

The rate for the room was not very much, so I cannot complain too much. Staff was very unhelpful, room was mostly clean, and there were people partying outside the room. So ~ is what it is”
“The mattress was lumpy and soft and in need of replacement. The pillows were also very bad. The bathroom was old and need remodeling but everything worked. The AC was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. The TV clicker would not work properly.”
“Very easy to check in. Very clean with comfortable beds and pillows and I'm very picky with pillows. The rocking chairs and hanging plants were a welcome surprise and kurig coffee maker and coffee pods were good.”
“It was so quaint, the cabin was adorable. The flowers in the gardens were beautiful . Did not feel like a hotel today.

“The room was nicely remodeled and clean. From Expedia and the hotel I received too many messages, texts, emails and had to download various attachments just for an one night’ stay. After filling out and signing an online check in form, they then want you to download an app on your phone to get you access to the room. If not, you still have go to the other hotel’s check in counter to get the code. Room was fine, just had to turn off the loud air-con and open the windows sometime during the night.……
