The sheets were to small for the bed. The locks on the doors seemed unsafe and installed upside down. To much usage! Please inform customers to bring their logons for their favorite television apps ESPN. Netflix, HULU etc.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

"Very expensive and sadly there is a class system. Hotels.com advertised 3 pools but we could only use one which was not ideal and not enough sun beds. Paying £330 a night we wouldn’tn expect to be the ‘lower’ tier of guest. However, we loved our room even though no balcony and the food was incredible. ..."

"The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast line became very long and was time consuming and especially difficult when we had activities planned for the morning.
