Wow! The service at Bricks is incredible. My aunt had left her luggage with a hotel luggage service while we traveled to Cappadocia. When we got to Brick's at 11PM at night, we told the folks in the hotel lobby that we were going to go get the luggage, and they said if you're too tired we can arrange someone to pick it up for you. We were so tired, it really saved us time and energy. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was just so kind.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. Room was really big and clean. Very basic though. Breakfast was food, nothing really crazy. Staff wasnt the friendliest.

I enjoyed the swimming pool and the sashimi bar, amazing food. Sauna is good. Location is good, staffs are exceptional. however the room itself is not as clean to a five star standard and my room faces the street so a bit nosy at night
