Really lovely stay at this inn. Convenient location. Natasha was exceptional-made sure we had anything we might need and prepared a tasty cocktail to boot! One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on!
Lovely property in a quiet area of Cape Cod. A few shops within walking distance and a twenty minute drive from the shops of Chatham. Nice grounds. The floor of the room was a bit grimy.
The grounds on the property are beautiful. It is centrally located to explore the beaches and neighboring towns. Did not like that the inn keeper was not readily available. Had to either wait to be seen on the cameras around the house or text her. Did not have a cozy welcoming feel that we were expecting.
The property manager Bill is great! He checked us in and ensured our stay was good through the end of our stay. He even offered to drop off post cards for us because we had to rush to the airport the day we were leaving and didn’t have time to stop by the airport. The property is charming and has a long history which gives it character. We loved the outdoor fire pit at night because it organically creates warm atmosphere and a lovely place to socialize with other guests and hotel visitors. The location of the hotel is great. It’s only about 10 minute drive from the ferry boat station and near great restaurants and bars, including Leonessa and Colombo’s.
This is a unique, historic hotel with nicely renovated rooms, conveniently located. It had a charming bar. The rooms are small but comfortable. Our major complaint is that the hotel promised daily room refreshing. One evening, we returned to the hotel after a full day to find that our room had not been refreshed. Although one of the cleaners unexpectedly called off, and our host did provide fresh towels, there is some basic staff accountability that was lacking. Don't make a promise if you can't keep it.
Great gravel parking lot with easy access to the rooms. Beautiful outdoor area for lounging. Room was cool and mattress was very comfortable. Loved our stay!
The property managers were very accommodating and friendly. We liked the character and history of the property. The central location is very convenient.
The chapter house was a great surprise, a really nice hotel with character in a very nice part of Dennis. The staff was friendly, the bar had great cocktails, and the atmosphere was excellent. I would highly recommend it, a much better experience than your standard hotel.
Very large bedroom, with everything thought of, excellent to have Le Labo toiletries! Lovely outdoor area, it was great to eat breakfast out there and bar excellent.
This family-run hotel offers genuine warmth and hospitality that makes you feel truly welcomed. The historic building has plenty of character, though some fixtures like the bathroom showers show their age. While it's not luxury accommodation, the authentic charm and personal care from the owners create a memorable stay. Perfect for those who value genuine hospitality over modern amenities

Liked: Cleanliness
On the postive side, the interior of the Inn is very pretty and well maintained. We were given an early check-in, which was much appreciated. Our room in the Carriage House was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the patio out back each night of our 3 night stay. The Old Yarmouth Inn and Leonessa were both wonderful restaurants less than 1 mile from the Inn.
On the negative side, although 2 reviews featured on the Inn's website rave about the breakfast, breakfast is no longer served. We did not get the room we booked. Our room was extremely small, with bunk beds, instead of a sofa, no night table on one side, and wires from the tv and AC hanging across the wall. The smoke detector went off from the steam every time we showered. The exterior of the property and landscaping is in need of much TLC. Although we could have reached the host by text if we needed something, we did not see them after check-in, nor did they reach out during our 3 night stay.
My stay was peaceful at this beautiful bed and breakfast. The location is convenient to all routes and activities. The staff is warm and inviting. The sleeping quarters are clean perfectly decorated. The bed is so comfortable. Thank you James and staff for a welcoming stay.
Visiting from the UK we found this hotel a perfect location for us. Hotel was perfectly clean and beautifully renovated for such an old building, it had everything we needed. Local village walkable, with a couple of shops and places to eat all with 5-10 minutes. Nearest large town was Hyannis, but central to anywhere else on the Cape.
