"We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. It felt unhygienic, especially since they use the swimming pool as part of their advertising to justify the price. The door passcode was hard to see because it goes dim when not in use. "The staff were all amazing and very helpful - lovely to see so many genuine smiles. The hotel was spotless and modern. Breakfast was varied and well stocked regardless of the time you sat down. The restaurants were lovely with good quality food - although not stunning and a little expensive (coming from Britain). We had a standard double room with two extra beds and there was still room to move around. The pool was surprisingly small, but when we visited in February it wasn't crowded, the kids had a great time, and it was easy to find sunbeds."
