Lo que nos gustó fue que no tuvimos que subir escaleras y que la habitación tiene salida inmediata a la alberca, en general las instalaciones son bonitas, lo que no nos gustó fue la atención, avisamos que no teníamos agua caliente y no lo resolvieron ni nos preguntaron si ya estaba todo ok, la tv solo con canales de tv abierta con imágenes todas borrosas, y ni una botella de agua de cortesía, por ese precio hemos estado en hoteles con mejores servicios

El servicio es muy malo a la entrada no hay quién reciba tardas mucho tiempo en que aparezca alguien, el teléfono para llamar a recepeción no sirve entonces tienes que salir, pero en recepción tampo hay nadie , la televisión tamapoco sirve en general una mala experiencia

Excelente lugar para vacacionar con familia incluyendo mascotas. Los espacios verdes en excelentes condiciones permiten descansar y tener la tranquilidad de tener paseos con la mascota seguros son salir del lugar y prolongar la sensación de relajación.

Terrible experiencia. No se hospeden aquí a menos que la quieran pasar terrible en sus vacaciones. El personal no respeta las reservaciones, te ponen a esperar a lo tonto y te ponen la habitación que haya sin importar lo que hayas reservado antes. La habitación estaba sucia, las camas y almohadas super duras. No se hacen responsables de nada y

La habitación muy linda, limpia dentro de lo aceptable, la TV no funcionaba, el teléfono no tenía línea telefónica, muy padre que tengan planta tratadora de agua! Ojalá puedan poner atención en los calentadores para el agua de los baños ya que se ven muy viejitos, picados y descuidados y huele mucho a gas cuando pasas cerca de ellos lo que puede ocasionar un accidente, el agua de la alberca está muy fría, es muy linda la propiedad y la alberca también ojalá consideren calefacción para ella, hace falta un restaurante dentro del hotel, el personas bien, atento y amable. El gimnasio está en un mini cuarto, tiene escasos 3 aparatos llenos de polvo y el cuartito está muy sucio, el aire acondicionado con mucho polvo. Las áreas de escaleras estaban con basura!! Los jardines muy lindos y la alberca limpia y linda! Su propiedad tiene mucho potencia! Ojalá consideren atender lo urgente y mejorar calefacción a la alberca!!
