Fantastic place, right in the middle of the park. Although there were many buildings, our stay in the cabins was superb. The cabins were large enough and the bathrooms were also very nice. Very nice and cosy environment. Only downside, is the need to go to the main lodge and food area, which is about half a mile away for all food requirements. Also, despite the steep charge, the breakfast is not part of the package. Little limited options of vegetarian food. Overall, we had a great experience.

Nice property in a convenient location within Yellowstone. Rated the staff/service as 3 stars as there were over 20 people in line to check in with only 2 hotel staff. The gal that checked us in was super friendly and welcoming.

Cabin in the woods but not what I booked. No internet in cabin. Cold at night , heating so loud it woke us up 5 times a night !! Not the best experience, when I mentioned it to staff they didn’t seem bothered. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again

Excellent place, just a bit pricey for my taste. My only problem was the attitude of the receptionist left much to be desired but the hotel has the best location in all of Yellowstone Park in my opinion.

Property had no AC-this is a deal killer-I would never stay at a place with no AC and complained to manager and he said was in listing but it WAS NOT as I tried to book another stay just to see and nothing came up about no AC!!!! Then the room was hot and the windows wouldn't open so we called front desk and they said would send maintenance. Two hours later we got back and nothing had been done so called again and said maintenance on its way but waited another 20 minutes and nothing. Called again and talked to manager twice and wouldn't move us. Finally maintenance showed up and said they just got notification 10 minutes ago while our first request was 3 hours ago!! They had major trouble getting windows open but finally did. Also, place has no TV which again is ridiculous for a place I paid $600/nite at!! No food in a normal dining room -had to drive a 1/4 mile and choices were pathetic- about like what you expect for school food. Another thing that was not good was the bath sink was not in the bathroom so if you have someone out of shower to get ready your in front of everyone in the room which is very poor. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had in almost 50 years of staying at them.

The internet was almost non-existent. With no tv, you would think a reading light by the beds would be available but it was not. The entire room was just mood lighting. The tub had not been cleaned so someone came and cleaned it for us. At 10:30 pm we were woken up by an employee who came to the wrong room. For Yellowstone we were glad to have the convenience, but for over $400 per night…not great.

We had a great time, the property was beautiful! The hotel staff were very pleasant. The staff that works in the bar at the lodge was very rude! I wish I would have gotten her name but unfortunately I didn’t. Other than the un-interested serving staff, and the rude bartender/ waitress. Everything was great.
