"A few teething issues for this new hotel - beautifully styled, charming staff, and a great breakfast but for the time ( one night) we were there, the lift, our room door, the air con and the hot water all failed!! The team did a great job to remedy but the basics need sorted out. The manager was charming and very busy to fix all the issues. "

"We arrived to a lot of work being done , lotsof rubbish outside . Stairwell blocked with old cupboard and plaster all over the floor and dust and dirt everywhere. Our bedroomfloor was dirty and bathroom was a mess. Mirrors all splashed and water mars on . Curtains dropping down, mosquito nets broken. Towel rail and toilet roll holders all broken. Our too. Was only cleaned once. I asked why but no reply . Wont be going back again ."

"The staff were very professional and helpful. Offered free upgrade. Only gripe wi fi was patchy. Shower fittings was leaking and couldn’t have a bath as water was not hot enough. Simply rectified "
