“In spite of a rocky beginning due to my lack of access to VRBO messaging due to cell phone malfunction, our stay here was most enjoyable. With a day care center right next door and railroad tracks nearby, all was quiet and restful. We could hear the train whistles distantly but they did not interfere in any way with sleep. Heater in bathroom had an unpleasant smell but all else excellent! Thank you so much!”

“Fine, basic hotel in the small town of Guernsey. Not quite as nice as a Hampton Inn but much nicer than a Motel 6. Fridge and microwave in room. Comfortable bed and clean. Only one chair (we had a room with two queen beds), so if two people, one sits on the bed. Not many restaurants around the small town, so we had a few snacks/ sandwiches in the room from the local grocery store. We had trouble with the TV but just used our iPads. “Staff was great. Had an issue with finding our reservation through Expedia, even with our confirmation number in hand, we still had to contact Expedia to resolve the issue.
