Top Floor apartment, York City centre with car parking

Apartment is well equipped with all modern appliances including a well equipped kitchen, TV and DVD player. There is a travel cot and high chair for younger guests, the apartment has 2 Juliet balconies which gets the sun during the day. All linen and towels are provided.
Notes on accommodation, once the flat is booked we will provide information on directions etc and a full information pack is at the flat.

The apartment is only a couple of minutes walk to the National railway Museum and in a quiet residential area. 10 minutes walk to the city centre and 5 minutes to the train station

Weekend Break
Property as described. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The property is ideally located with a short walk into York city centre. Communication with Craig the host was excellent. We had a wonderful weekend and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay in York and the flat was a very good base. It has everything we needed, was in a great location (25mins walk to centre), was comfy & quiet. Would definitely recommend for stays with a range of lengths.

The property was in a residential area just outside of York. Good location to the centre. The apartment is spacious and had everything needed for a weekend stay. The only downside we found the fridge dirty also a bit smelly. But we only used it for milk so it wasn’t too much of a problem. Fantastic French doors which let in so much light in the living room, the parking space is such a bonus. We would definitely stay again.

Arrived thursday , checkin was easy ,communication before we arrived with Craig was fine . The property was clean and a great placec to stay for the three nights . Had our own parking space which for us was a must . Walk into York center was about 20 mins which really isnt that far and a lot ov the wzlk was alonng the river , we were very closr to the train musium Overal if ur visiting york n not bothered about being bang in the city center this is great 👍

Fantastic and quiet stay
My partner and I enjoyed a lovely weekend stay in the property. It's a secluded apartment and quiet area still within a close distance to the town centre and Railway museum. Would definitely stay again!!

The property was lovely, very clean and was as shown in the pictures. It was also very well equipped. Craig was very good at answering queries and it was only 10 min walk from York centre. Had a lovely weekend would definitely recommend a stay in this accommodation, couldn't fault it.

Hi, We found the property to have poor kitchen equipment the sauce pan's we're dirty and rusty, we need to buy tea towels scours veg knife as all kitchen knives were blunt the fridge had an awful smell, the plug hole was black and needed a good bleaching, and dusty in places.

Quiet apartment near train station
The owner was very responsive. It’s a 12 minute walk to the station on a sometimes busy sidewalk. Apartment was very nicely furnished. I rented a bike during and went on some fantastic rides around york. My first experience renting an apartment on a home rental website. Worked out great.

Location is perfect really close to the city. The apartment overall is nice however the kitchen could do with an upgrade. The hob didn't work, the fridge smelt really badly and could do with a new kettle and new pans.

Small home in York.
Nice and cozy apartment. It has all the basic needs. Its a bit far from the city center, but then again York is a small city and nothing is more than 1-2 miles away or even less. Lovely place to walk around and very safe. Owner was very nice and quick to respond.

Good location and quiet
Place is a nice little walk out outside York (around 15mins) but us placed very conveniently around everything you need. Apartment was clean and tidy. Only things I would suggest is maybe some soap/shampoo in the shower for guests and the mattress was very hard but that’s just to my preference. All in all happy and would stay again. Thanks

Good size for one or two people
The apartment is a standard one bedroom place with a basic kitchen, bathroom, and living area. It is at least a 10 minute walk from the train station and the walkway is a bit rough. There are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby, but none of this will matter if you have a car or don’t mind walking at least 15-20 minutes into town to eat.

Really enjoy our stay in this clean and cozy flat. Great location only a 10 minute walk from the downtown walked city. Quiet with no street noise. We were very pleased. Could use some new fluffy pillows on the bed but wasn't a problem.

neat and tidy apartment. kitchen provided with all necessary equipment. 10 minute walk from most of the attractions and the locals are very friendly and helpful. Our stay was enjoyable and there was plenty of information in the apartment and at the price it was well worth the money. cheers!

Very light and spacious with good amenities and close to York centre but a little tired in places
Really enjoyed the overall stay the apartment was very nice overall, although there was a musty smell emanating from the fridge. The settee was a little uncomfortable, however we do have back problems. Overall I would recommend the apartment. York itself was very nice and we especially liked the railway museum, the shambles and the castle museum. We had very nice meals at the Cut and Craft and Bari Italian restaurant in the shambles.

Nice and light
It was 32 degrees the first night we were there but with the doors open on the 2 Juliette balconies we were able to get air flowing through. We walked everywhere as parking in York was so expensive and it only took 15 mins to walk to town. The shower was only a handheld one but was very powerful. Everything we needed was there. I took my hairdryer as we were going to a wedding but the one at the flat was a good one.
