“The staff was excellent—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself had a funky smell and was not as clean as it should have been. The room and hotel could definitely use some updating and attention to cleanliness.
That said, I want to be clear that these issues are not a reflection of the staff. They were great and did their best to make our stay enjoyable.”
