I had the pleasure of staying at SPARK by Hilton, located conveniently near San Jose Airport, for three nights, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel’s immaculate cleanliness, prime location, and well-maintained facilities set the stage for an outstanding visit. What truly distinguished my stay was not just the comfortable accommodation but the thoughtful amenities and exceptional service. The complimentary breakfast was of excellent quality, complemented by the availability of fresh coffee 24 hours a day. The secured, free parking added tremendous convenience and peace of mind. Most notably, the customer service was exemplary. Every member of the team demonstrated a consistently professional, friendly, and helpful attitude, going above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. I would like to extend special recognition to Giselle and Selda, whose cheerful demeanor, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made my stay even more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend SPARK by Hilton – San Jose Airport to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality in the area. This was a really lovely stay. Away from the noise of Santa Cruz, we relaxed in the pool, played pickle ball, and enjoyed the onsite bar/restaurant/music. Ideal for adults looking for a quiet few days away where you can park the car and stay put until checkout.
