“Great small hotel, with amazing helpful service from the staff , breakfast area and breakfast buffet is small but they give you warm breakfast options which is fantastic, the room was alright size with very comfortable cosy bed with good size bathroom and shower. Few things to know: Hotel location is 30min walk from city centre on the hill, if you want to change your towels you get charge, if you want to take anything food from breakfast for later you get charge. “Nuestra estadía ha sido muy agradable, la ubicación es ideal en el centro de la ciudad, con acceso a transporte a unos 15 minutos de la estación de autobuses y tren caminando, en el regreso de Morskie Oko el autobús te deja enfrente del hotel, cerca a biedronka 2 min caminando y a todos los restaurantes de la via principal. El lugar cómodo, la atención de excelente, el desayuno fantastico, te recomiendo ir temprano para disfrutar de todo, pudimos dejar las maletas antes de check in porque...

“Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben.”

ADVANTAGES: new facilities, clean, iluminated and big room (we were 4 people and stayed at the top), breakfast included, kind staff, optional Jacuzzi and Sauna (additional fee) DISADVANTAGES: no one speak english at the hotel. 3km distance from nearest sky center (is ok if you drive a car, imposible to arrive there walking, just by car). Only cold breakfast: ham, cheese, bread, jam, cereals, milk, coffee, juice and if you are lucky egg ;)”

“Un bonito hotel, un poco alejado del centro, a unos veinte minutos andando. Hay que tener cuidado con las indicaciones del GPS, ya que la entrada del hotel se encuentre a pie de carretera, pero si te equivocas puedes acabar en medio de la montaña. La habitación limpia, buen servicio y buen desayuno.”
