“The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day.
When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. At this time of year, the sun sets late and rises early, and……

“Gorgeous hotel. Well priced. Central location. Breakfast was great. Huge selection. Highly recommend and if we are visiting Zakopane again would stay here. Right near shopping and restaurants. 5 minutes drive to cable car for Tatra mountains!!”
